At Margaux, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging. Our goal is to ensure you find the perfect fit and style with ease.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and attach it to your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place your items back in their original Margaux box and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
